Refund Policy

The short version

The report is a digital product generated specifically for you the moment you unlock it. Before generation starts you can get a full refund, no questions asked. Once your report has been generated, the purchase is final, with the fair exceptions below.

Full refund, always

• You paid and report generation has not started yet.
• You were charged twice for the same report (duplicate charge).
• A technical failure on our side prevented your report from being generated and we could not fix it within 48 hours.

After the report is generated

Generation runs real analysis on your answers and delivers the full product immediately, so completed reports are non-refundable. If something about your report looks broken or wrong, contact us within 7 days: we will regenerate it, fix it, or make it right.

How to request a refund

Reach us through the contact page within 7 days of the charge, with the email or result link you purchased under. Approved refunds return to the original payment method: mada cards typically within 1 to 3 business days, other cards within 7 to 14 business days, per our payment provider's timelines.
