1. What we collect

• Your assessment answers: multiple-choice selections and the written reflections you type. If you use voice input, the recording is transcribed to text and the text becomes part of your answers.
• Account basics: email address and name when you sign in through our authentication provider.
• Purchase records: payment reference, amount, and time. Card numbers are handled entirely by Moyasar, our licensed payment provider, and never reach our servers.
• Companion conversations: if you use Raya, your chats with her are stored so she can remember and continue with you.

2. How we use it

Your answers exist for one purpose: generating your personality report and powering your own companion experience. We also use aggregate, non-identifying signals to improve the assessment and report quality. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your answers for advertising.

3. Who processes it

Generating your report requires sending your answers to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Google or Deepgram for voice transcription) under their API terms. Infrastructure: our application runs on Railway, data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon), authentication is handled by Clerk, and payments by Moyasar.

4. Retention and deletion

Your results and report stay available to you. If you want your data deleted, contact us from the email you used and we will remove your sessions, answers, reports, and companion history. Payment records are kept where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: session and authentication. There are no third-party advertising trackers on Typlore.

6. Your result link

Result pages live behind a unique private link. Treat it like a password: anyone you give it to can view that result.
